Free Shipping:
All orders placed on our website of at least $350.00 qualify for FREE domestic GROUND shipping.

Rush Shipping:
For faster delivery, YOU MUST CALL US VIA YOUR PHONE FOR THE CORRECT RATES (in the US only) to your final destination.
Retail Refund Policy –
Refunds provided on unused, UNOPENED bottles returned within 45 days of receipt.
WE CHARGE A 20% RESTOCKING FEE
Please call Customer Care within 45 days at 1-800-952-7873 to obtain a return authorization.
Exchanges are available on UNOPENED bottles in the same 45 day window. Without a restocking fee.

Bulk (Wholesale) Order Refund Policy –
Bulk orders of 12 or more bottles are subject to a restocking fee with the following restrictions.
- Unopened product, will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
- All opened product receives a 30% use fee.
- Product returned receives a 10% handling fee.
